Being a member of the KCIG team is a milestone in your career and your personal development.
Depending on your personal background and professional experience your career with us can start at various levels. As a university graduate you are starting as a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Specialist. You implement the concepts and solutions for our customers.
After two to three years of project or work experience you can gain additional responsibility as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant, Engineer or Specialist start to lead customer projects.
Later you will have the opportunity to further develop our products and consulting methods as a Management Supervisor or even Key Account Manager or Partner.
