YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In cooperation with our client, one of the biggest automotive manufacturers worldwide, you plan, coordinate and follow-up international vehicle projects within automotive product development. Your main tasks will include project management, reporting and the coordination of internal and external departments.

• You support the technical project management within international product development (automotive industry), primarily in the area of chassis, powertrain, body and electrical.
• You coordinate the integration of parts and components into the vehicle’s architecture.
• You head all activities for final release of parts and components in agreement with suppliers.
• You define objectives, processes and project phases.
• You analyse and plan project timing.
• You monitor the achievement of project milestones.
• You supervise and control the compliance with cost- and quality requirements.
• You support interdisciplinary teams (engineering, design, finance, quality, production, marketing, purchasing etc.)
• You participate in international development meetings and present the results to senior management.
• You participate in change management processes as well as in weight and cost reduction programs.

 YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering, or an equivalent technical education with expert knowledge.
• First experience/ internship in the field of automotive development is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office 
• You master written and oral English on a suitable level
• There you go! You’ve got already 90%!
